Delivery, Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all Australian Domestic orders over $50.00.
Do you provide international shipping
Yes we ship internationally for a flat rate of $25 AUD.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Brando does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
How long before my order is dispatched?
We utilise Startrack Couriers for all Australian Orders.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, if placed before 1pm on a business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take
Delivery can take between 2-5 Business Days, Mon-Fri, Ex Public Holidays from the date of purchase. If you believe your order has been delayed please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nmi.com.au or simply fill out the form in our contact page
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control, please allow for extra time for your parcel to be delivered in this period.
Can i track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, simply check online with Startrack Couriers for tracking information.
A signature is required upon delivery, we therefore recommend that you are at home or utilise a work address.

We are not able to ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes.
If you are not available to sign for and receive your parcel, please contact the nominated courier service to arrange for re-delivery. If the item remains undelivered and is returned to us, you will be required to pay an administrative fee of $15.00 before the shoes are resent.
Cancellations & Returns
Please choose carefully as we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed as they are input directly into our system for efficient processing and delivery.
We offer returns including exchanges on all full priced (unworn) merchandise if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that the $25 flat rate for international shipping is non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your item/s to process any refunds or exchanges.
Refunds can only be refunded via the original form of payment.
Can i refund a sale item?
We are unable to accept returns for a refund on sale items for incorrect choice, fit or change of mind, except for new customers using a 10% discount voucher.
Sale items may be exchanged for a different size of the same style if available, or for store credit in the form of a gift voucher code. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Store credit will exclude the $25 flat rate for international shipping.

We do not store your credit card details in any way; they are secured by 128-bit SSL encryption and transmitted to our payment processing provider.

All prices displayed on the Brando Shoes Website are quoted in AUD. Brando Shoes will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax in accordance with its then existing policies. Coupons/Vouchers
Brando Shoes will throughout the course of a year offer a variety of different coupons and vouchers.
Please be advised of the following:
- Coupons are intended for single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer of other coupon.
- Coupons are not redeemable for cash
- We do not accept third party coupons
- Coupon codes are applicable to the in cart value and are not able to be applied to shipping, taxes and other charges
- The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer.
- Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer
- Brando Shoes reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time
- A coupon cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed and paid for.

At Brando Shoes we make every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.

International shipping
Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Your delivery address must be a residential or commercial address where someone is available to sign or your parcel between 9am-5pm

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 days. This time will vary according to your local country shipping variations.
Exchange / Returns
Please see below our simple rules for returns
1. Full Priced Item(s) - 14 days from date of receiving the item to return any full priced item for refund or exchange
2. Sale item(s) - 7 days from date of receiving the item to return the items for store credit or exchange. Sale items may be exchanged for a different size of the same style if available, or for store credit in the form of a gift voucher code. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
3. The $25 flat rate shipping cost for international orders will not be included in your refund or store credit.
4. All products MUST be in original condition unworn and within the original packaging. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes.
If your item matches all of these conditions, please contact customercare@nmi.com.au to arrange a returns authorisation and label.
How to Return your items
1. Contact customercare@nmi.com.au to advise the reason for return and obtain a returns authorisation and a returns label
2. Simply print the Australia Post label and stick it on top of an Australia satchel, insert your Returns Authorisation and drop it off at your closest Australia post office.
3. If your item is an exchange, we will process the exchange and send the exchanged pair within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned pair
4. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for processing and for the funds to be returned to your account.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
For sale items, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation Number from our customer service department; items returned without appropriate documentation may be returned to sender and at your own expense.
For non sale items, you must contact us within 14 days to obtain a Return Authorisation Number from our customer service department; items returned without appropriate documentation may be returned to sender and at your own expense.
Refunds and store credits will be issued for the price the item was purchased on original order.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date we receive your item/s to process any refunds or exchanges.
Refunds can only be refunded via the original form of payment.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear, until you are certain you are keeping them.
They must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the return shipment. All packaging must remain unmarked. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the customer.
Any alterations such as the addition of non-slip soles by a third party voids any warranties (whether implied or expressed) including manufacturing faults. We are not liable for any alterations undertaken by third parties.
We are not responsible for any duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Items shipped internationally that are pending customs clearance where the customer refuses to pay the import taxes will forfeit their original shipping costs. Import duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Outside the specified window above, we will only reimburse your monies (including return postage costs) in the event that the goods purchased are defective, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and after assessment. Returns will not be honoured if the item has been mistreated.
NMI reserves the right to charge postage once a customer has taken advantage of more than 3 shipments for same credited amounts.
